(4) Twenty-five dollars ($ 25.00) for each <br /> trailer or semitrailer designed for use as <br /> living quarters for human beings. <br /> <br /> (5) Thirteen dollars ($13.00) in addition to <br /> eighty cents ($0.80) per one hundred pounds of <br /> weight or major fraction thereof for each motor <br /> vehicle, trailer or semitrailer kept or used for <br /> rent or for hire or operated under a lease <br /> without a driver for the transportation of <br /> passengers. An additional fee of five dollars <br /> ($5.00) shall be charged if the vehicle weighs <br /> in excess of four thousand pounds. This <br /> subparagraph does not apply to vehicle used as <br /> common carriers. <br /> <br /> (6) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for a taxicab <br /> or other vehicle kept for rent or hire and <br /> operated with a driver for the transportation or <br /> passengers and which is operated or should be <br /> operated under permits issued by the state <br /> corporation commission as required by law and <br /> this Code. An additional fee of five dollars <br /> ($5.00) shall be charged if the vehicle weighs <br /> in excess of four thousand pounds. This <br /> subparagraph does not apply to vehicles used as <br /> common carriers. <br /> <br /> (7) Twenty-four dollars ($24.00) for a <br /> motorcycle, with or without a sidecar. <br /> <br /> (8) Twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for a bus used <br /> exclusively for transportation to and from <br /> Sunday School or church, for the purpose of <br /> divine worship; provided that if the empty <br /> weight of the vehicle exceeds four thousand <br /> pounds, the fee shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) <br /> <br /> (9) Thirteen dollars ($13.00) in addition to <br /> seventy cents ($0.70) per one hundred pounds <br /> weight or major fraction thereof for other <br /> passenger-carting vehicles. <br /> <br /> <br />
