12. That the property referred to in Paragraph 8 as being <br />zoned Planned Office Park POP-K (Conditional) shall be subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The use of the facility shall be limited <br /> to health services, including those uses <br /> ancillary to the hospital such as <br /> parking, utilities, maintenance, <br /> administrative offices, clinical spaces, <br /> psychiatric treatment, extended care, <br /> physician offices and related activities. <br /> <br /> (b) A landscaping plan will be submitted to <br /> the City Planning Department for approval <br /> prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> <br /> 13.
