ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-96-12 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-60-K (Conditional), the property in <br />the Twin Pines Neighborhood described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment Number Z-96-12, is hereby amended and changed so as <br />to show said property zoned as Residential RS-60, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Residential RS-60. <br /> <br /> 2. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-75, the property in the Peachtree <br />Neighborhood described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number <br />Z-96-12, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Planned Unit Development PUD, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Planned Unit Development PUD. <br /> <br /> 3. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RS-75 and Residential RM-75, the <br />property in the West Norfolk Neighborhood described in Petition <br />for Zoning Amendment Number Z-96-12, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Industrial M-l-R, <br />and that said property is hereby zoned as Industrial M-1-R. <br /> <br /> 4. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of The City of Pornsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-75, the property in the Westhaven <br />Neighborhood described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number <br />Z-96-12, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential RS-75, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Residential RS-75. <br /> <br /> 5. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-75, the property in the Highlands <br />Neighborhood described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number <br />Z-96-12, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential RS-75, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Residential RS-75. <br /> <br /> 6. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which <br />now zones as Residential RM-75, the property in the Truxton <br />Neiohborhood described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number <br /> <br /> <br />
