A ORDINANCE AMENDING DIVISION 2 OF ARTICLE XI OF CHAPTER 22 OF <br />THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988) TO <br />DESIGNATE PORTIONS OF KINGMAN AVENUE AA!D POTOMAC AVENUE AS ONE <br />WAY STREETS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Division 2 of Article XI of Chapter 22 of the <br />Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended by <br />adding thereto Section 22-490.1 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 22-490.1. Kingman Avenue between Rodman Avenue and <br /> Cumberland Avenue. <br /> <br /> (a) Kingman Avenue between Rodman Avenue and Cumberland <br />Avenue, is hereby designated a one-way street. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle <br />west on Kingman Avenue between Cumberland Avenue and Rodman <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> 2. That Division 2 of Article XI of Chapter 22 of the <br />Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988) be amended by <br />adding thereto Section 22-499.1 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 22-499.1. Potomac Avenue between Hartford Street and <br />Commerce Street. <br /> <br /> (a) Potomac Avenue between Hartford Street and Commerce <br />Street, is hereby designated a one-way street. <br /> <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle <br />north on Potomac Avenue between Commerce Street and Hartford <br />Street. <br /> <br /> 3.
