hundred feet to the inch (1" : 100'). For subdivisions within <br />the city, the size of the sheet shall be no smaller than 8" x <br />13". If several sheets are necessary, they shall all be of the <br />same size and match points shall be clearly indicated. After <br />the final plat has been approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of this chapter, and if such final plat exceeds a <br />maximum size of 18" x 24", the subdivider shall, at his own <br />expense, cause the final plat to be reduced to a size not to <br />exceed 18" x 24". No final plat, nor a copy or reduced copy <br />thereof, will be presented for recordation to the office of the <br />clerk or the circuit court if the plat is larger than 18" x <br />24". Nothing in this section shall be construed to relieve the <br />subdivider of the requirements in section 33-57 of this <br />chapter. In addition to the above requirement, a digital copy <br />of the subdivision plat in a format approved by the City <br />Surveyor shall be submitted for any subdivision that creates <br />ten or more lots. <br /> <br />(b) The final plat shall contain the certificates and <br />statements required by section 33-71(e) of this chapter. On the <br />face of the plat a place shall be provided to receive the <br />signatures, with dates of approval of: <br /> <br /> (1) The planning director or the principal planner. <br /> (2) The city engineer or the assistant city engineer. <br /> (3) The record owner of the property or the owner's <br /> agent and any trustees. <br /> (4) The subdivider or the subdivider's agent. <br /> (5) A notary public. <br /> <br />(c) The final plat shall conform to the preliminary layout as <br />approved and shall show the following: <br /> <br /> (16) Natural or noteworthy features to be preserved <br /> indicated either generally or specifically as <br /> required in section 33-t4 herein, tidal wetlands and <br /> the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Areas. <br /> <br /> (17) Total area, usable area and unusable area in acres of <br /> each parcel or lot created. <br /> <br /> 3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
