AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTE, VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING ARTICLE III SECTION <br />10-92, SECTION 10-93 AND SECTION 10-97 PERTAINING TO VOTING <br />PLACES FOR PRECINCTS 1, 5 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 10-92 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-92. Precinct No. 1. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 1 shall be at the <br />Emanuel A.M.E. Church at 637 North Street. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 10-93 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-93. Precinct No. 5. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 5 shall be at the <br />Portsmouth Community Health Center at 664 Lincoln Street. <br /> <br /> 3. That Section 10-97 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), be amended and reordained to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-97. Precinct No. 11. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 11 shall be at the Mt. <br />Hermon Community Improvement Foundation, Inc. at 2400 Cutherell <br />Street. <br /> <br /> 4.
