R-97-47 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUCH <br />INSTRUMENTS AND DEEDS AS MAY BE APPROPRIATE AND NECESSARY TO <br />THE WIDENING OF CEDAR LANE. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, <br />authorized to execute such instruments and deeds as may be <br />necessary, appropriate and in the best interest of the City of <br />Portsmouth, for the widening of Cedar Lane, including such <br />easements to Virginia Power as may be necessary to the <br />relocation of power lines located on property belonging to the <br />City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />held October 28, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
