R-97-40 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A WATER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH AND THE CITY OF SUFFOLK. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized <br />to execuue and to deliver to the City of Suffolk, Virginia, a <br />water agreement to provide for the sale by the City of <br />Portsmouth and the purchase by the City of Suffolk of <br />additional bulk surplus water. A copy of said agreement, <br />entitled "Second Amendment to Water Agreement, is attached <br />hereto. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia at a meeting held on August 27, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
