R-97-27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY A PARCEL OF <br />LAND IN P0RTCENTRE COMMERCE PARK TO THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized <br />to convey a parcel of land in Portcentre Commerce Park, being <br />Parcel 3A-1 as shown on that certain plat entitled: " Minor <br />Subdivision of Parcels 3A and 3B Portcentre Commerce Park(M. B. <br />16, P. 31 & 32) Portsmouth, Virginia", dated May 1, 1997, <br />prepared by Rouse-Sirine Associates, Ltd., Surveyors and <br />Mapping Consultants. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he hereby <br />is authorized to execute such further docments as may be <br />necessary to the conveyance of the aforementioned property, and <br />its subsequent development. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia held on May 27, 1997. <br /> <br /> TESTE: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
