UP-97-19 Beginning at a point approximately 140 feet northwest of the intersection of George Washington Highway and Frederick Boulevard; thence northwest along the northern right-of-way line of Frederick Boulevard approximately 186 feet; thence continuing in a northwesterly direction 246 feet; thence in a northeasterly direction approximately 392 feet; thence in a southeasterly direction approximately 100 feet; thence in a northeasterly direction approximately 100 feet; thence in a southeasterly direction approximately 100 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction approximately 304 feet; thence In a southeasterly direction approximately 185 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction approximately 47 feet; thence in a northwesterly direction approximately 180 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction approximately 313 feet; thence continuing in a southwesterly direction approximately 37 feet to the point of beginning at the northern right-of-way line of Frederick Boulevard. 3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following conditions: (a) Prior to the storage of any vehicles on the site, the applicant shall establish evergreen vegetative screens both on the property and around the perimeter of the property as shown on Exhibit A. The vegetative screens around all storage yards must be maintained.an a height no less than 8 feet. Prior to planting the shrubs, the applicant must obtain approval from the Manager of Planning Services of a plan showing the species, location, size, planting methods and spacing of shrubs to be utilized in the screens. After planting, the applicant shall maintain the vegetative screen in good condition and shall promptly replace any dead or diseased shrubs. (b) The applicant shall store inoperative vehicles used for parts only in a screened impoundment area located behind the existing building on the property as shown on Exhibit A. No more than 40 trucks shall be stored in the impoundment area at any one time. The stored vehicles must be screened from view of any public street.
