4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above <br />conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use <br />permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> 5. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided <br />under Section 40-106.1 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth,. <br />Virginia (1988), the use permit shall expire if a building <br />permit, certificate of occupancy, commercial reinspection, <br />business license, or any other required authorization or permit <br />is not issued and if the use has not commenced within two years <br />of the date of hereof. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held on January 28, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
