UP-96-10 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southwest <br /> intersection of Frederick Boulevard and <br /> Dahlia Street; thence, south along the <br /> western right-of-way of Frederick <br /> Boulevard approximately 280'+/- to a point; <br /> thence, northwest 105'± to a point; <br /> thence, north approximately 302'± to a <br /> point; thence, east along the southern <br /> right-of-way of Dahlia Street <br /> approximately 150'± to the point of the <br /> beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this use permit is approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) The site shall be developed in accordance with a site <br /> plan approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> (b) Hours of operation shall be limited to 7:30 a.m. to <br /> 6:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br /> (c) Dahlia Street shall not be used for ingress and <br /> egress and shall remain blockaded. <br /> <br /> (d) No more than twenty vehicles shall be permitted <br /> on the site at any one time for wholesale. <br /> <br /> (e) All vehicles for wholesale shall be operable and in <br /> good body repair. <br /> <br /> (f) All vehicles stored at the site shall have current <br /> license plates, city decals and a state inspection or <br /> rejection sticker. No vehicle shall be stored on the <br /> site for more than fourteen (14) consecutive days. <br /> All vehicles, other than employees' cars parked on <br /> the property, will have a repair invoice. No more <br /> than fifteen (15) vehicles shall be on the property <br /> awaiting repair. No tires or batteries shall be <br /> stored outside of the building. <br /> <br /> (g) All fencing on site shall be maintained in good <br /> repair. <br /> <br /> (h) The applicant shall comply with all applicable <br /> codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, <br /> state and local governments, and shall obtain <br /> and maintain in effect all necessary licenses and <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
