enumerates the date and time the pass <br /> was used and by whom it was used. The <br /> record book shall be available for <br /> inspection by the city at any time. <br /> <br /> (3) A maximum of ten (10) guest rooms is allowed <br /> in the Olde Towne Historic District. In the Port <br /> Norfolk Historic District, a maximum of five guest <br /> rooms is allowed. <br /> <br /> (10) Meals may be served to transient overnight <br /> guests and to the public between 7:00 a.m. and <br /> 2:00 p.m. In the Port Norfolk Historic District, <br /> only one meal may be served between 7:00 a.m. and <br /> 11:00 a.m. Seating capacity in the dining room <br /> shall be limited to no more than four seats per bed <br /> and breakfast guest room. <br /> <br /> 2.
