A family membership shall <br />entitle members of the immediate family to admission without charge. <br /> <br />(e) The City Manager or his designee is authorized to establish such waivers of <br />admission fees as deemed appropriate, provided that the conditions or grounds for such <br />waivers are specified in writing. <br /> <br />(f) The fees established by this section shall not be applicable to any exhibitions <br />which, by contractual agreement, preclude fees from being charged for admission. <br /> <br /> 4. That Ordinance 1995-47 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> 5.
