AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $l,250,000 FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND FOR INTERIM COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH TIlE <br />HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER PROJECT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgima: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $1,250,000 be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from <br />the Capital Improvements Fund for interim costs associated with the Hotel and <br />Conference Center Project, said sum to be reimbursed to the City by the Industrial <br />Development Authority of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, from revenue bond proceeds <br />resulting from the Project. <br /> <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />November 10, 1998. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
