1998-35 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING TABLE 40-43.1-2 <br />THEREOF PERTAINING TO THE OPERATION OF SHELLFISH <br />ESTABLISHMENTS IN WATERFRONT W-1 ZONING DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Table 40-43.1-2 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (I 988), <br />be amended and reordained to permit the use "Shellfish" (S.I.C. 0913) in Waterfront W-I <br />zoning districts upon the granting of a use permit and subject to Parking Group 40 <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> 2.
