This division shall apply to the fees for permits and inspections required by the building code. (a) The minimum fee for any permit shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (b) Additional inspections may be required by the inspector, where, in the inspector's judgment, such inspections are necessary. Each reinspection shall require a fee of thirty- five dollars ($35.00) to be paid prior to said reinspection. (c) An administrative fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid, in addition to any permit fees, if work is begun without necessary permits or if occupancy of the building occurs prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy by the building official. Sec. 7-132. Schedules-Building permits. (a) The fees for building (general construction) permits shall be as follows: (1) Use Group A-Assembly: a. For one hundred (100) square feet up to and including nine hundred ninety-nine (999) square feet, the fee shall be nine dollars ($9.00) per hundred (100) square feet or fraction thereof. The minimum fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25,00), b. For one thousand (1,000) square feet up to and including four thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (4,999) square feet, the fee shall be ninety dollars ($90.00) for the first one thousand (i,000) square feet plus eight dollars ($8.00) per hundred (100) square feet or fraction thereof. c. For five thousand (5,000) square feet or more, the fee shall be four hundred ten dollars ($410:00) for the first five thousand (5,000) square feet plus seven dollars ($7,00) per hundred (100) square feet or fraction thereof without limit. (2) Use Group B-Business, M-Mercantile: a. For one hundred (100) square feet up to and including one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine (1,999) square feet, the fee shall be nine dollars ($9.00) per hundred (100) square feet or fraction thereof. The minimum fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
