PARCEL 3: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings

<br /> Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Parcel "E", as
<br /> shown on a certain survey entitled: "Plat of Property Conveyed to
<br /> Portsmouth Hotel Associates, Portsmouth, Virginia," made by Langley
<br /> and McDonald, a Professional Corporation, Engineers-Planners-
<br /> Surveyors, Virginia, dated October 15, 1980, and revised December 29,
<br /> 1980, January 2,1981, and January 6, 1981.

<br /> PARCEL 4: A permanent and perpetual right of way and easement on that
<br /> certain property described as follows to-wit:

<br /> All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
<br /> and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of
<br /> Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Parcel
<br /> "F" as shown on a certain survey entitled: "Plat of Property
<br /> Conveyed to Portsmouth Hotel Associates, Portsmouth, Virginia,"
<br /> made by Langley and McDonald, a professional corporation,
<br /> Engineers-Planners-Surveyors, Virginia Beach, Virginia, dated
<br /> October 15, 1980, and revised December 29, 1980, January 2, 1981,
<br /> and January 6,1981, said parcel to be used for vehicular and
<br /> pedestrian traffic across, over, through and along said easement for
<br /> any legitimate and lawful purpose.
<br />
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized
<br />to execute any other deed, plat or document that he may deem necessary and
<br />appropriate to effectuate the conveyance of the Harbor Court Parking Garage as
<br />authorized by this Resolution.
