<br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY.MANAGER TO CONVEY PROPERTY
<br />KNOWN AS THE HARBOR COURT PARKING GARAGE TO THE PORTSMOUTH
<br />PARKING AUTHORITY, OR THE PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
<br />AS HE MAY DEEM APPROPRIATE.
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia that the City Manager
<br />be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute such deed, or deeds, to the Portsmouth Parking
<br />Authority, or Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority for the Harbor Court Parking
<br />Garage as he may deem to be appropriate, and in the best interest of the City, conveying, but not
<br />limited, to the following described property, to-wit:

<br /> PARCEL 1: All that certain lot, Piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
<br /> and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the City of
<br /> Portsmouth, Virginia, known, numbered and designated as Parcel "A"
<br /> on a certain survey entitled: "Plat Showing a Portion of Crawford Harbor
<br /> Project, Portsmouth, Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment and
<br /> Housing Authority", dated May 21, 1980, made by Robert T. Addison &
<br /> Associates, Ltd., Surveying-Engineering, Portsmouth, Virginia, which said
<br /> plat is duly recorded in the aforementioned Clerk's Office in Map Book
<br /> 11, at page 49.

<br /> PARCEL 2: All those certain pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying and
<br /> being in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and known numbered
<br /> and designated as Parcel "A-I" as shown on that certain plat entitled:"Plat
<br /> Showing Exchange of Properties Between Parcels "A" & "B", Crawford
<br /> Harbor Project, Portsmouth, Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment
<br /> And Authority," dated October 29, 1980, revised September 23, 1981, and
<br /> recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of the
<br /> Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, in Map Book 11, at page
<br /> 111.

<br />LESS, SAVE AND EXCEPT all that certain piece or parcel of land, situate,
<br />lying and being in the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and known,
<br />numbered and designated as Parcel "B-l" as shown on that certain plat
<br />entitled "Plat Showing Exchange of Properties Between Parcels "A" & "B",
<br />Crawford Harbor Project, Portsmouth, Virginia, for Portsmouth Redevelopment
<br />And Authority," dated October 29, 1980, revised September 23, 1981,
<br />and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of the
<br />Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth,Virginia, in Map Book 11, at page 111.
