R-98-18 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TI-IE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN <br />EASEMENT TO VIRGINIA POWER FOR THE PROVISION OF POWER TO <br />THE RAW WATER PUMP STATION ON PITCHKETTLE ROAD IN THE CITY <br />OF SUFFOLK. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the <br />City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute an easement for the provision of <br />electric power to a raw water pump station of the City of Portsmouth by Virginia Power <br />over, under and across property of the City of Portsmouth which lies adjacent to <br />Pitchkettle Road in the City of Suffolk, Virginia, and to enter into such other deeds and <br />agreements as may be necessary to completion of construction of said pump station. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia held <br />on April 28, 1998. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
