R-98-49 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DEDICATE A <br />PORTION OF WATER STREET AS A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the <br />City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to dedicate a portion of land now known as <br />Water Street from its point of intersection with the northern right of way line of London <br />Street, northwardly and westwardly to the eastern right of way line of Crawford Street, <br />as a public right of way. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, <br />authorized to execute such deeds, plats and other documents as may necessary to give <br />effect to tiffs resolutiom <br /> <br /> This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia held on <br />November 10, 1998. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
