ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-99-08 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Commerce Park CP and Industrial M-2, the properties described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-99-08, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said properties zoned as Industrial M-2-K (Conditional), and that said properties are hereby zoned as Industrial M-2-K (Conditional). 2. That the properties affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Commerce Park CP and Industrial M-2 to Industrial M-2-K (Conditional) are described as follows: Z-99-08 All that certain land area lying situate and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, containing 14 acres, more or less, as shown on that certain exhibit entitled: "Exhibit Showing M-2-K Zoning for South Waterfront Development, Portsmouth, Virginia" dated October 4, 1999, said exhibit being attached hereto and made part of this description and being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lincoln Street and First Street, thence along the north right-of-way line of Lincoln Street N 65°19'13" E, 522.5 feet, more or less: thence N 24 degrees 38'35" W, 649.5 feet more or less; thence N 65°21'25" E, 326.0 feet more or less; thence N 24°38'35" W, 241.0 feet, more or less; thence N 65°21'25" E, 136.4 feet, more or less to the west right-of-way of First Street; thence along the west right-of-way of First Street, N 24 degrees35'58'' W, 31.0 feet, more or less, to a line that is a projection of the centerline of an inlet; thence along the projected line and through the center of the aforementioned inlet N 63°55'22" E, 458.6 feet, more or less, to the pierhead line for the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River; thence along the aforementioned pierhead line S 17°34'55" E. 354.0 feet, more or less: thence continuing along the pierhead line.
