(o) No vehicle shall remain On site longer than eight weeks. <br /> <br />(p) All crushing of vehicles and noise relating to such operation shall <br /> be in compliance with the City's Noise Ordinance. Crashing of <br /> vehicles shall be conducted between the hours of 8 A.M. to 5 <br /> P.M. Monday through Friday. Crushing of vehicles on Saturday <br /> shall be permitted only when inclement weather has prevented <br /> such activity during the preceding week and shall be conducted <br /> only between the hours of 10 A.M to 4 P.M. <br /> <br />(q) Any revisions to the site plan, landscaping plan or elevations <br /> made through the use peramit application process, including any <br /> changes by City Council, must be re-submitted to the Department <br /> of Community Quality and Planning Services for consistency <br /> review prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br />(r) The facility shall be developed and operated in accordance with <br /> all local, state and federal laws and requirements, and all required <br /> permits and licenses shall be obtained and maintained in effect. <br /> <br />(s) All taxes, in connection with the property and the proposed <br /> operation shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />(t) The City may inspect the facility at any time to ensure all <br /> conditions are being met. <br /> <br /> 4.
