ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-96-11 (M) <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the zoning conditions established by Zoning Amendment Ordinance <br />Z-96-11 as to the property identified as Parcel 1 therein and zoned as Residential RS-150- <br />K (Conditional) are hereby amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel I: <br /> <br /> (a) No more than three single-family dwelling units shall be constructed on <br /> Parcel 1. <br /> (b) Prior to the issuance of a subdivision plat and issuance of any building <br /> permit, the Director of Community Quality & Planning Services shall <br /> confirm that the following minimum conditions have been met: <br /> (1) No dwelling or accessory structure shall be located closer than <br /> sixty feet to the edge of the right-of-way of High Street. <br /> (2) Each dwelling shall be set back a minimum of sixty feet from the <br /> edge of the right-of-way of Garland Drive. <br /> (3) Each dwelling shall include a minimum of 2,400 square feet of <br /> residential living space. <br /> (4) The exterior facades of the dwelling units shall be constructed <br /> primarily of brick. <br /> (5) The design of the dwelling units shall be in harmony with the <br /> neighboring residential structures. <br /> <br /> 2. That the remainder of the conditions imposed on Parcels 2 through 5 by <br />Zoning Amendment Ordinance Z-96-11 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />July 25, 2000. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
