AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1.8 MILLION 1N THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY CONTAINING <br />THE FIRST UNION BANK BUILDING AND PARKING LOT AT 430 <br />CRAWFORD STREET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the <br />sum of $1.8 million be, and the same hereby is, appropriated for expenditure in the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for the acquisition of property containing the First Union <br />Bank Building and parking lot at 430 Crawford Street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />December 12, 2000. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
