2. That the sum of $5,863,546 be reappropriated in the School Board <br />Operating Budget from unexpended Fiscal Year 2001 funds to allow for <br />payment of encumbrances outstanding at June 30, 2001; and <br /> <br />3. That the sums of $36,033,465 for City Capital Projects and $8,381,012 for <br />School Board Capital Projects be reappropfiated in the Capital <br />Improvement Fund from unexpended Fiscal Year 2001 funds for <br />previously-anthorized capital projects; and <br /> <br />4. That the sum of $17.473.987 be reappropriated in the Public Utilities <br />Capital Improvement Fund from unexpended Fiscal Year 2001 funds for <br />previously-authorized capital projects. <br /> <br />5.
