(d) The applicant and any successor in interest shall comply with all applicable <br />statutes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall <br />obtain and maintain in effect all required permits. <br /> <br /> (e) All taxes owed on or in connection with the subject property shall be paid <br />when due. <br /> <br /> (f) The applicant shall develop a plan for trash storage, handling, and removal and <br />shall submit the plan for approval to the Director of Parks, Recreation, and General <br />Services prior to commencement of operations. <br /> <br /> 3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under Section 40- <br />115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), the group housing use permit <br />shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits have not <br />been issued if the applicant falls to apply for all building permits for the entire project <br />within one year of the adoption oftkis resolution. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on May 8, 2001. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
