<br />25 - 73 - The Mayor called the meeting to order and welcomed all in attendance:

<br />Marriott at City Center, 740 Town Center, Newport News, Virginia, on Friday, March 7,
<br />2025, at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of a City Council Retreat.
