Randall, *William E. Moody, Jr., Stephen E. Heretick, <br />Elizabeth M. Psimas, *Ray A. Smith, Sr., Douglas L. Smith, City Manager Kenneth L. <br />Chandler, City Attorney G. Timothy Oksman. <br /> <br />07 - 467 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a Called Meeting of the City Council to be held the Bide-A-Wee <br />Pavilion, 1 Bide-A-Wee Lane, 5:00 p.m., Monday, November 26, 2007 for the purpose <br />of a Public Work Session. <br /> <br />In addition, you may consider a motion to go into a Closed Meeting. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br />The following School Board members were present: <br /> <br />Chairman James Bridgeford <br />Vice Chairman Linda Ridenour <br />James Hewitt <br />Elizabeth Hudgins <br />Jean Shackleford <br />Superintendent Dr. David Stuckwisch <br /> <br />07 - 468 - The following items were discussed in Public Work Session: <br /> <br />1.
