Lee, 3612 Forest Haven Lane, spoke against the bowling alley. <br />Ms. Nina McConnell, 3605 Forest Haven Lane, spoke against the petition, stating that <br />a bowling alley would draw undesirables and property in the area would decline in value. <br />Joe N. Moore, 3601 Forest Haven Lane, Chesapeake, representing neighbors of Laurel Park, <br />requested denial of the peiiiion. <br />Ms~.
