Davis, Jack P. Barnes, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., E. Saunders Early, Jr., <br />J. Robert Gray, James W. Holley, III, Edward L. Oast, Jr., Robert T. Williams, <br />City Manager, James T. Martin, Assistant City Attorney. <br /> <br />80-215 Tb~ following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held on the 6th Floor of the <br />New City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, June 24, 1980, to consider a <br />motion to hold an executive session for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Waterfront Development <br />(2) Prcposed Sale of Property <br />(3) Proposed Public Improvements <br /> <br />(B) LEGAL MATTER <br /> <br />(1) Pending Litigation <br />(2) Contracts <br /> <br />(C) PERSONNEL <br /> <br />(1) A Personnel Matter <br /> <br />(D) BOARDS & COMMISSIONS <br /> <br /> (1) Board of Architectural Review <br /> [2) Library Board <br /> (3) MH/MR Services Board <br /> (4) Municipal Finance Commission <br /> (5) Parking Authority <br /> (6) Parks g Recreation Commission <br /> (7) School Board <br /> (8) Social Services Advisory <br /> Commission <br /> (9) SEVAMP (Board of Directors) <br />(lO) svpDc <br />(11) Tidewater Community College <br /> <br /> The Council will recess at 2:00 p.m. and reconvene at 6:00 p.m. in the President's Lounge <br />Woodrow Wilson High School for the continuation of the executive session. <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council will be held in the Willett Auditorium of W.W.H.S. <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion~.~of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Gray, the call for the executive session to be <br />amended to include under LEGAL MATTERS (3) Legal Opinion, and was adopted as amended, and by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Beamer, Early, Gray, Holley, Oast, Davis <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED - ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
