Johansen, Jack P. Barnes, Ben A, Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, Edward L. <br />Oast, Jr., Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, Robert T. Williams, City Manager, <br />Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />80-261 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Ptease. a~tend a special called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council <br />Chamber, at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, October 10, 1980, to consider a motion to hold an executive <br />session for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) LBGAL <br /> <br />(1) Contractual Matters <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to waive the twenty-four (24) hour <br />notice, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray to go into an executive session as stated <br />in the call for the meeting, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br />Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
