Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, Edward L. Oast, Jr., <br /> Morton ~. Whitlow, G. Robert House, Jr., ~Ei~yeMahager, Steven Lieberman, <br /> City Attorney. <br /> <br />* Absent: J. E. Johansen, Gloria O. Webb <br /> Vice Mayor Beamer presided in the absence of the Mayor. <br /> 81-114 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, ~2 <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 1981, to con- <br />sider a motion to go into an executive session~for the purpose of discussing Legal Matters <br />including Contracts and Litigation. <br /> <br /> By order of the Vice Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. ~hitlow and seconded by Mr. Barnes, the call for~the executive session <br />was adopted, and by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayesl Barnes, Beamer, Gray, Oast, Whitlow <br /> Nays: None <br /> <br /> After the executive session, motion by Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Gray, to hold a <br />public hndge~gconference at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 1981, and was adopted by S-0 (Mr. <br />Oast was excused from the executive session prior to the motion~vote. <br /> <br /> On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> APPROyBD -~i <br /> <br />* Mayor Johansen arrived for the executive session. <br /> <br /> <br />
