Beamer, Sr. <br /> <br /> 81-117 Public Hearing on use permit applications and proposed changes to the Zoning <br />Ordinance portion of the City Code: <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> (a) Use Permit UP 81-2 Pef£~onof Mrs. Hilda Jackson, Owner. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Wehb, to be concur in the recommendation of <br />Planning Commission issuance of conditional use permit to operate a child day care center. <br /> <br /> Substitute motion of Mr. <br />and that the City Manager and <br />vote. <br /> <br />Whitlow and seconded by Mr. <br />siaff to furnish a report, <br /> <br /> Gray, that UP 81z2 be deferred <br />and was adopted by 6-1 (Oast-Nay) <br /> <br />(b) Use Permit UP 81-- Petition of Ri~ershore Baptist Church, by Misty M. Taylor, <br /> Administrator of Mother's Day Out. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Whitlow, to concur in the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission, UP 81-7 be approved on first reading, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(c) Use Permit UP 81-8 <br /> <br />Petition of Eugene S. Wright, by Darlene C.
