<br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

<br />Mayor Johansen welcomed all visitors in attendance.

<br />28, 1981; minutes of the regular meeting of April 28, 1981; minutes of the cai'led meeting of
<br />May 4, 1981; and minutes of the Public Conference of May 4 1981 to be approved as received
<br />and was adopted by unanimous vote. ' ' ,

<br /> 81-166 Public Hearing on the 1981-86 Capita] Improvement Program and on the General
<br />Revenue Sharing funds was held.

<br /> the reducing of manpower on the Fire Department and spoke in opposition to subsidized
<br /> housing.
