Leon, Attorney, Central Fideli~y~Bank Building, spoke in support of the <br />amendment. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, to, concur in the recommendation of <br />the Planning Commission, amendment to Section 40-68.1{e) was approved on first reading and <br />by unanimous vote.
