M. <br /> WHEREAS, the Ccuncil of the City of Portsmouth and the Portsmouth delegation to the <br />General Assembly of Virginia will hold ~tg annual public conference for discussion of legislat <br /> <br />priorities of the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public is invited to attend and observe <br />lative priorities of the City of Ports. mouth. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by <br /> <br />the Council of <br /> <br />the public conference on the legis- <br /> <br /> the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that <br />delegation to the General Assembly of Virginia <br />at 6:30 P.
