<br />Planning Commission, UP 81-23 be approved on first reading to operate a day care center at
<br />1200 Hodges Ferry Road and zoned Residential R-75-S, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />denied, and was adopted by the following vote:

<br />Section 40-68.1[e) pertaining to Industrial
<br />M-1-R uses by the following addition. Labora-
<br />tories for research and testing.

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to concur in the recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission, amendment to Section 40-68.1(e) be approved on first reading, and was
<br />adopted by unanimous vote.
