Barnes <br /> <br />82-F5 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 1982, for <br />the purpose of a public work session and consideration of a motion to go into an executive <br />session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Acquisition, Use and Sale of Property <br />(2) Waterfront Development <br /> <br />(B) LEGAL MATTERS <br /> <br />(1) Legal Consultation <br />(2) Litigation <br />(3) Council Procedures <br /> <br />(C) PERSONNEL <br /> <br />(1) A Personnel Matter <br /> <br />(D) BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, the call for the public work session and <br />the executive session was adopted, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Beamer, Gray, Oast, Webb, Whitlow, Johansen <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED <br /> <br /> ,/U, <br /> <br /> <br />
