May 29, 1982 <br /> <br /> At a special meeting of the City Council held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 29, <br />there were present: <br /> <br />J. E. Johansen, Jack P. Barnes, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, Edward L. <br />Oast, Jr., Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, Steven Lie~erman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />1982, <br /> <br />The following statement was read: <br /> <br /> 82-198 "A special meeting has been called as a <br />notice of same is hereby waived by the members of the <br />that an attempt was made to notify each member of the <br />and residence." <br /> <br />result of an emergency situation and <br />City Council. Rober House. <br />Jr., Assistant City Manager Chesley H. McGinnis, City Engineer Ralph D. Hester, Assistant City~ <br />Engineer Thomas D. Gooden, and Police Officer Joseph M. Weth, to be held at the T. A. Willett <br />Auditorium at 4:30 p.m. on June 2, 1982. <br /> The Mayor also announced that City Attorney Steven Lieberman would serve as City Manager <br /> at the pleasure of Council until a permanent City Manager is appointed. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br /> city <br /> <br /> <br />
