Barnes <br /> <br /> ~2-285 - Public Hearing on rezoning applications: <br /> <br /> (a) Zoning Petition Z-~2-17 Petition of William E. Manning by Gary E. Frye, Agent. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Beamer, to concur in the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, the following ordinance to rezone property at 4500 Portsmouth Boulevard <br />from Office Residential OR-75 to Commercial C-1 was approved and by 6-1 (nay-Webb) vote: <br /> <br /> "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-82-17" <br /> <br /> (b) Zoning Petition Z-92-18 Petition of Paul W. 8 Betty W. Caviness, Owners. <br /> <br />Aubrey C. Dunnavant, 3609 South Street, representing citizens of the neighborhood, spoke <br />in opposition of the zoning application.
