<br /> On motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Holley to concur in the recommendation of the
<br /> Planning Commission to approve a use permit requested by Rev. Earl Freeland for Alliance
<br /> Christian Church to construct an addition to the church and school building facilities at
<br /> 5809 Portsmouth Boulevard located in the Park Manor Neighborhood, was approved on first reading
<br /> by unanimous vote.
