May 4, 1983 <br /> <br /> At a called meeting of the Cit~ Council held on Wednesday, May 4, 1983, there were <br />present: <br /> <br />J. E. Johansen, Jack P. Barnes, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., James W. Holley, Gloria O. Webb, <br />George L. Hanbury, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: J. Robert Gray, Morton V. Whitlow <br /> <br />6th <br />the <br /> <br />83-157 - The following calls for the meeting were read: <br /> <br />"Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council chamber, <br />floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 1983, for <br />purpose of considering a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br />(3) A Personnel Matter <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> "The time for the call meeting of May 4, 1983, <br />5:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Barnes, <br />adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Barnes, Beamer, Holley, <br /> Nays: None <br /> <br /> On motion meqting adjourned. <br /> APPROVED -~ <br /> <br /> to <br /> <br />Webb,~Johansen <br /> <br />has been changed from 5:30 p.m. to <br /> <br />go into an executive session, was <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
