November 10, 1983 <br /> <br /> At a special called meeting of the Portsmouth City Council, held on Thursday, November <br />10, 1983, there were present: <br /> <br />J. E. J0hansen, Jack P. Barnes, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, Gloria O. <br />Webb, George L. Hanbury, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: James W. Holley, III, Morton V. Whitlow <br /> <br />83-425 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a special meeting of the City Council to be held in the School Board <br />Conference Room, third floor, City Hall Building, 801 Crawford Street, at 6:30 p.m. on <br />Thursday, November 10, 1983, to meet with the School Board in Executive Session to consider <br />personnel and legal matters. <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to go into an executive session to <br />consider personnel and legal matters, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVBD - <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
