As <br />Council is aware there were no negative comments to the proposal. In fact, there were positiw <br />endorsements of the Plan. <br /> <br /> Based upon the positive comments and the <br />private venture I recommend that City Council <br />motion endorsing this recommendation would be <br /> <br />functional attributes of the proposed public/ <br />adopt the Plan as presented.
