Deanna Dirkx, 724 Cambridge Street, spoke on an accident on Hartferd Street and <br /> requested City make the road safe. <br /> <br />Alvah "Peppy" Owens, 1604 North Street, expressed appreciation to City Manager <br />for response on the Elks Club swimming pool.
