Those conditons include: 1. Cluttered ditches and uncut grass along the roadside. 2. Other people's use of the area in question as a dumping ground for trash and garbage. 3. Methods of operation practiced by the salvage yard, in the area in question, are sub-standard, to say the least. Scrap items are always outside of the confines of the company property which block ditch drainage and contribute to flooding 6f the area by any appreciable amount of rainfall. Signed by Margaret C.
