<br />85-272 - The following call for the meeting was read:

<br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber,
<br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 17, 1985,
<br />for the consideration of a motion to go into an executive session for the purpose of discuss-
<br />ing the following:
<br />
<br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of
<br /> Public Property
<br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on
<br /> Legal Matters including
<br /> Contracts and Litigation
<br />
<br />By order of Council Members E. G. Corprew, Jr., J. Robert Gray, and L. Louise Lucas."

<br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to go into an executive session, and
<br />was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> "Please att'end a special meeting of the City Council to be held at the Obici Mansion,
<br />Sleepy Hole Park, at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 1985, to discuss with the Parks
<br />and Recreation Commission matters of concern, and if necessary, to go into an executive
<br />session to discuss matters pertaining to the use, sale, and acquisition of public property.
