Sergio Neal, 2101 Nashville Avenue, asked that the use agreement between Parks <br />and Recreation, the City of Portsmouth and New Generation band be reinstated. <br /> <br />2. Monica Atkins, 900 High Street, asked that City Council attend an upcoming production <br />by youth that have benefited from Stop the Violence 757, 3-6 p.m., August 7, 2026, at <br />Venue 757. <br /> <br />3. Alexandra Westfall, 4102 Scott Street, spoke on zoning concerns in the Westhaven <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />4. JoAnn Clarke, 4717 Thornwood Street, spoke in support of the New Generation Band. <br />She suggested that the City hire additional staff for Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />5. Andrew Shannon, 119 Kings Gate Drive, asked that the use agreement between <br />Parks and Recreation, the City of Portsmouth and New Generation band be <br />reinstated. <br /> <br />6. Christopher Hines, 119 Kings Gate Drive, asked that the use agreement between <br />Parks and Recreation, the City of Portsmouth and New Generation band be <br />reinstated. <br /> <br />7. Ty’Vion Stith-Cherry, 1100 High Street, asked that the use agreement between Parks <br />and Recreation, the City of Portsmouth and New Generation band be reinstated. <br /> <br />8. Jamari Edney-Adamson, 119 Kings Gate Drive, asked that the use agreement <br />between Parks and Recreation, the City of Portsmouth and New Generation band be <br />reinstated. <br /> <br />9. Jeremih Faulks, 159 Navajo Trail, asked that the use agreement between Parks and <br />Recreation, the City of Portsmouth and New Generation band be reinstated. <br /> <br />10. Tiffany Stuart, 3704 Winchester Drive, voiced her concern for the step plan for the <br />Fire Department. <br /> <br />11. Steve Carroll, 3112 River Edge Drive, voiced his concern with his water bill. <br /> <br />12. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 2713 Sterling Point Drive, suggested that citizens receive <br />parking waivers when attending meetings.
