G. W. Thompson, 4065 Wyndybrow Drive, spoke on the importance of providing <br />appropriate shelter for the homeless population. <br /> <br />2. Leon Hammond, 809 Bouie Court, voiced his disappointment on how long it’s taken to <br />distribute gift cards to citizens.
